We have established a department responsible for promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise. There are more than 60 employees, with over 50% having more than 10 years of industry experience. Among them are seven professional engineers, certified wastewater treatment personnel, two energy management engineers, and one water conservation engineer.

Facility Investment

We have a complete wastewater treatment facility with physical and biochemical treatment processes. The daily processing capacity is 15000T/D, and the removal rate of pollutants exceeds 90%, which is stable and meets standards. Various types of wastewater are separately collected and classified for treatment, which not only ensures stable and standard emission of waste gas but also creates a good working environment for employees. Water reuse facilities for online, intermediate, and final discharge are also available with a daily water reuse volume of over 3000 tons, achieving a reuse rate of over 50%. Facilities for reducing the amount of waste liquid, sludge, solid waste, and other hazardous wastes are also available to reduce their emissions. Energy-saving facilities such as high-efficiency motors, frequency converters, and thermal recycling are widely used in production and auxiliary production fields.
